Food nerd and confident travel buddy. I spent a few years working in kitchens before returning to school for marketing. It was then that I began a ten year long career in marketing for large food brands, startups, and fortune 500 companies. Not long after receiving a Masters in Marketing I started VittleWise. I wanted to use my experience and knowledge as a way to benefit others. VittleWise is a daily reminder for me to practice intentional living.

My experience working in nonprofit goes way back when I graduated high school at the age of 13. I began working for nonprofits in Phoenix, AZ where my responsibilities were managing the food budgets and daily meals for both non-profits and individual families. Currently, I am also the Beverage Director and Floor Manager for an award winning restaurant in Chicago.
